Can't download database in target manager

Go to Develop tab. Go to Target Manager tab. Select database. Click on Download Database. Select a development platform: Unity Editor Click on Download Wait. Compiling database Receive Error: HTTP ERROR 504 - Development OS (Mac OS X, Windows, Linux): Windows 10 - Mobile OS and Version: Android 7.1.1 - Mobile Device Manufacturer and Model name: ASUS Zenfone 4 max - Do the Vuforia Sample Applications show the same behavior?:

The same in my case. https://developer.vuforia.com/targetmanager/project/fetchDataBaseForDownloadZip is not working

Hi All, 

I faced the same problem with the Google Chrome browser (see attachment). 

However, I switched to Mozilla Firefox and was able to download the database. 

So as a workaround

1. Try switching to a different browser and try downloading again

There was an issue over the weekend that was mitigated today. Please update this thread if you continue to see these failures.

If you continue to have an issue, please provide the device database name in the Target Manager so that we can further review our logs.

What happens when you select each target individually, and then attempt to generate the device database?
