Vuforia SDK Version: 9.8 -
Description with steps to reproduce: Hey!
For the last few days i tried to download my device database with 7 object targets but it always fails to download it.
The "compiling database" message shows for a few minutes but after that it goes back to the Target Overview.
I also tried to add a new database and download the object targets but with the same error. Neither unity package nor visual studio development platform works. Using different browsers also didn't work. My internet speed shouldn't be the problem.

Do the Vuforia Sample Applications show the same behavior?:
Hey there,
Hey there,
I'm sorry you're not able to download your databases... Could you let me know which browser you're running, and possibly which version? Have you tried to use another browser?
Thanks!
Kind regards,
Patrick Scheper

Hey,
Hey,
i don't get any error messages.
A few minutes after the "compiling database" message shows, it just goes back to the list of object targets.
I tried downloading it on a different computer today, but i still have that issue.

Hello @LuisaH,
Hello @LuisaH,
I tried to replicate your issue using my account, i.e. downloading a device database with seven (7) Object Targets from the Target Manager, and was unable to do so.
Hello @LuisaH,
Hello @LuisaH,
The cloud team has reviewed the issue and provided the following feedback:
"...the problem is the target with UUID b1b690f69d7e4c2baad7aaedeb5ac9f9 and name "Ehefrau". The Object Scanner OD file is invalid/damaged, with encapsulated files being of zero size..."
