can't get the trackables

I have update my sdk from 1.x to 2.x, when i updated last money it's ok, my application can get the trakable images, but today(2013-11-27), i create a new image trakable target using the target manager, and my application can't get the trakble image. 

I think may be it's the sdk problem, or vuforia has closed developer mode?

it's not a bug, I have figured it out, it's my server problem, I have download the wrong dataset.
