Canvas Rescales in AR Camera

Vuforia SDK Version: 4.2.3 and 5.0.5 -

Description with steps to reproduce:

I am using Vuforia 4.2.3 and unity 5.1 . I am using "Screen space - Camera " type of canvas and assigned the camera from ARCamera to the canvas. 

I have also used Canvas Scaler with reference Resolution 600x800. 

Now I am facing a major problem regarding the canvas. On various devices of various resolutions Or even in the Editor Game window when I change the resolution My canvas Either gets slit or get gets smaller.... This is because of the FOV ... Can someOne kindly help me on This.....

Development OS (Mac OS X, Windows, Linux): Windows -

Mobile OS and Version: android 4.2 -

Mobile Device Manufacturer and Model name: nexus,htc,micromax etc -

Do the Vuforia Sample Applications show the same behavior?:

Hi,

  • could you provide a minimla repo case description on how we can reproduce this ? not your full project, but something like an ARCamera, and a Canvas with one or 2 UI elements that exhibit the issue
  • could you provide a comparative set of screenshots and highlight what type of inconsistency you see across the different devices ?
