compilation error unity can't enter playmode vuforia.unity extension.editor.dll

I am a beginner and just started working or AR. 

i am using Unity2017.3 and vuforia 6.2 (Latest version).

i am facing a compilation error and cannot enter playmode.

it says all compiler error must be fixed before entering playmode .

in the console i find error saying :

error CS1704: An assembly with the same name `Vuforia.UnityExtensions.Editor' has already been imported. Consider removing one of the references or sign the assembly

C:/Program Files/Unity/Editor/Data/PlaybackEngines/VuforiaSupport/Managed/Editor/Vuforia.UnityExtensions.Editor.dll (Location of the symbol related to previous error)



i have attached the screenshot.

can someone guide me please..

Vuforia is included in Unity since 2017.2 which had Vuforia 6.5. I believe 2017.3 has Vuforia 7 included. So since you say you are using Vuforia 6.2, when you added those files to your project you created the error. Just remove the Vuforia files from the assets folder and you should be good.
