Play Mode crashes Unity when a firewire camera is plugged into the computer (even when a USB device is present). Unity 4.2 OSX 10.7.5. Crash report attached.

Has anyone come up with a solution to the play mode crash? I am currently using Unity version 5.1.1f personal / vuforia 4.2.3/ Mac OSX 10.8. I am attempting to test my AR scene using the front face camera on my laptop. Yet, Every time i press play it crashes my scene.

Try upgrading to Mac 10.10+, as the external webcam crash has been reported with Unity 5 in other forum threads as occurring on Mac OS up to version 10.9.5, but should be resolved in 10.10+
