create non-cloud target: Proxy Error

April 17, 2013 - 7:34am #1

Vuforia SDK Version: does not apply -

Description with steps to reproduce:

I just registered and created a Device Database. When attempting to add the first Target, I get the following error just as the image upload is finished. When I go back, the target was not created. The image I am using is http://www.artisanboatworks.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/SailingCover08.jpg . Thanks in advance for any help you might provide.

Do the Vuforia Sample Applications show the same behavior?:

Oh yes. It could be. The max image size is 2.5 MB;

also, format must be JPG or PNG,   RGB 24 bit (no alpha channel, no RGBA) and no CYMK formats.

Could you check that  ?

Hello Alesandro,

The error persists with this image, but there is no problem adding a smaller image. Maybe this has to do with the image size or dimensions?

Hi,

can you try loggin off, relogin, and try again adding a new target to the same DB ?

This is to assess if the error is just occasional or persistent.
