Delegate missing a definition

Vuforia SDK Version: 5.0.10 - Description with steps to reproduce:

Assets\Vuforia\Scripts\Internal\ComponentFactoryStarterBehaviour.cs(34,60): error CS0117: 'Delegate' does not contain a definition for 'CreateDelegate'

Created new project in Unity, added vuforia and tryed to build for windows store, then I got this error. Is it a bug or I'm doing something wrong. For other builds (windows, android) it works well.

- Development OS (Mac OS X, Windows, Linux): Windows - Mobile OS and Version: Windows 10 - Mobile Device Manufacturer and Model name: Samsung - Do the Vuforia Sample Applications show the same behavior?: yes

Ah so the WIN10 was not supported.

So now that the new release is out, is it still not supported?

Because I still get the same error in the new Vuforia 5.5.9
