Error when running uwp sample in window 10

I try to run vuforia uwp sample in window 10 and get the error when sample invoke function: Vuforia::init();

Exception thrown at 0x7525A832 in ImageTargets.exe: Microsoft C++ exception: Platform::AccessDeniedException ^ at memory location 0x064FEADC. HRESULT:0x80070005 Access is denied.

WinRT information: Access is denied.

I downloaded sample from this link https://developer.vuforia.com/downloads/samples, used Vuforia 2.6.2 and config follow this link https://library.vuforia.com/articles/Solution/Working-with-ImageTargets-in-Visual-Studio-2015.

Please help me if you know the reason of this problem

Same here.  I downloaded the SDK and Samples straight from the website and get this on the first one I try.  Not super encouraging.  Anyone have a resolution? Or, am I going to need to figure this out on my own?

Nobody of vuforia wants to help developers? Or nobody of vuforia read forums? Or vuforia has looooong holidays?

I'm running the Unity 2017.2 Beta with Visual Studio Enterprise 2017 on a Windows 10 Pro PC with all the latest Updates.

 

I think it's really time for Vuforia to respond to this...

I am developing educational AR software at GeorgiaTech targeting UWP and have run into a similar issue with my own project.

Sorry, I was running 2018.2.2f1 on the tablet, but I did update the Vuforia version. I still have the same debug issue, but it passed WACK validation, so I suspect it was the PC versus tablet aspect. Thanks for your help.

I downloaded the lastest Vuforia UWP SDK and Vuforia Samples and tried to build and run it in VS2019 on a Windows 10 platform. 

When I ran it, I got the following error (please check the attached pic):

Seems to be a access to webcam problem,
but the manifest make this permission to access the camera:
