Failed to download device database

Vuforia SDK Version: Vuforia 5 -

Description with steps to reproduce:

After I created a device database in the Target Manager, added three targets and clicked "Download Dataset(All)", a pop-up windows showed up and, after a few seconds, it jumped to a webpage with a sentence "Sorry, service is temporarily unavailable". This issue happens every time I tried during the past two days, both for SDK and Unity editor downloads, and both on Google Chrome 46.0.2490.86 m and Microsoft Edge 20.10240.16384.0. I'm not sure if this is a personal issue or it applies for everyone.

Do the Vuforia Sample Applications show the same behavior?:

OK, it seems like one of the three targets is corrupted or having any kind of trouble. As long as that one is excluded, the file can be downloaded.

Thanks for testing that. Does it work if you select 2 of the 3 targets and download the dataset?

It doesn't work even if I clear the cache or swtich to Firefox. It works if I download the targets one at a time. 

So for now I will just go with downloading them one by one. Thanks!

I am able to download a DataSet fine in Firefox. You might try clearing your cache or refreshing the page a couple of times as well as downloading a single target to see if that works okay.
