Model Target Dimensions are Buggy in Unity

Can somebody tell me why I am getting those astronomical dimensions in .net 4.x in "Model Target Behaviour" component in Unity? -

Development OS (Mac OS X, Windows, Linux): Windows -

Mobile OS and Version: Not Applicable -

Mobile Device Manufacturer and Model name: Hololens -

Do the Vuforia Sample Applications show the same behavior?:
