New added Target with 4 start rating not scanning

Vuforia SDK Version: 3.0 -Description with steps to reproduce:

Uploaded Images to databases using VWS

 Database Name              Target ID: ar_he      :          aab82d27483948248ef6b0f4bc8eff6c                         310c156dd43d472ab636bfec3d6fa25d

 idesda    :        24c132d72fd240d2bfbb55f57b3850af

scanned from APP . No response from Vuforia

all images uploaded has rating >= 4Old Targets are working fine

Theire is no error code or anything

Please let us know  ASAP the problem about it . So our apps can continue scanning targets
