no 3d character on phone

hi

i made simple app and in play mode runs fine but after building and instaling on my android phone (htc 816 android 5.0.2) app urns on and camera turns on but there is no 3d model (i used allosaur free from store)

used

vuforia 5-0-5

unity 5.2.0f3 32bit
