not recognizing image even with 5 stars rating

Vuforia SDK Version: 4.6.4 - Description with steps to reproduce:

I uploaded a bunch of images and they were rated 4 to 5 stars. I changed the image target demo images with mine and nothing was recognized. what am i doing wrong^

- Development OS (Mac OS X, Windows, Linux): windows - Mobile OS and Version: Android 4.x - Mobile Device Manufacturer and Model name: Xiaomi Redmi note 2 - Do the Vuforia Sample Applications show the same behavior?: image target sample did same thing
