Vuforia SDK Version: 2.6.7 -

Description with steps to reproduce:

I tried the sample occlusion package as supplied on your website. I then swapped the dataset too my own one and then it now crashes every time I try and play onscreen.

I can send the data set if need be. I really need to try get this working.

Try and replace the 2 "0-star" targets with some image targets with at least 1 star rating each. 0-star targets are not valid for Vuforia, so that may explain the crash.

Yes I reckon the 2 ends are most likely 0 stars. Would this cause it to crash then?

Can you check the star rating of all the 6 sides ?

Is there any side with 0-stars ?

Made a script change and it appears to be working now on a basic level.

However still the same issue with the 6 sides.

It appears that it can not handle 6 sides. We have now tested a few 4 sided ones and it does not crash anymore.

Same outcome on multiple computers. I could probably make do with only having access to 4 sides. However the occlusion itself does not seem to work. I made the Blender Cube and Grid Cube the same size as my Child Targets box, but still no luck.

Hi, the occlusion management sample requires a multi-target in the dataset, have you made sure you have that ?

Also, please check the sample code for any adjustment needed, and also please check for any error message and stack trace that is logged by the app when crashing, otherwise it is difficult to tell what the problem may be.
