Description with steps to reproduce: The newer target manager is working great with fast response time. There are few capabilities that were supported by the previous target manger that we would like to use:
- We are limited to select more than 100 images in a project, but even so, when we have a big project with a lot of images, if I want to chose 50 from first page and another 50 from the next page - it take each page separately, and do not combine the selections
- Limitation of 100 images per data set, there are few project that we had more than 300 images in device dataset.
- The TMS does not save the Target selection from last download. Every time we enter the TMS we need to select the targets (images) we want from the list again.

Hi Aric, just a quick update on one of your issues reported below:
the issue about downloading targets selected from multiple pages has been addressed; we expect an update of the web system including that fix, relatively soon.
