Target Manager Unable to Download Database

Vuforia SDK Version: 2.5.7 - Description with steps to reproduce:

I have a target database with 102 target images wich are between 2 and 5 stars (the majority are 3 stars). When I try to export the target database (SDK option) with 99 of these targets selected I get an error from the Target Manager:

"Error in processing request please try after some time"

I've tried again and again; after logging out/in, in different browsers, and still the same error.

- Development OS (Mac OS X, Windows, Linux): Mac OS X - Mobile OS and Version: iOS 6.1.4 - Mobile Device Manufacturer and Model name: Apple iPhone 5 - Do the Vuforia Sample Applications show the same behavior?: N/A

Hi, have you tried downloading less than 99 (e.g. 50 targets) and see if it works ?

It might help to see at which point you get the error (for instance, trying with with 50, 70, 80 and 90 targets, to see if it make any difference at some point)

Still cannot download either database of 41 targets.

 

I'm going to try unselecting/caching the selection then revisiting the page to see if it resolves.
