Vuforia SDK Version: 7.5.26 -

Description with steps to reproduce: Unity version: 2018.3.0b6

After a few months of working on the project, we encountered the following errors: https://ibb.co/jxOqpf

The errors occurred on two of three computers we used, all of them using Windows 10. Re-import of the project didn't help. After re-installation of the whole system these particular errors disappeared. However, it doesn't let us load any image target.

The Vuforia Augmented Reality for Android in the XR Settings is enabled.

After the deeper analysis, we found out the issue comes from .xml file with image targets . We tried to replace all decimal separators - used commas instead of dots. Project works in Unity, can be built, but crashes when trying to recognize an image target on Android. -

Development OS (Mac OS X, Windows, Linux): Windows 10 -

Mobile OS and Version: Android -

Mobile Device Manufacturer and Model name: - -

Do the Vuforia Sample Applications show the same behavior?:

Hello,

Nothing obvious here. Can you send me the dataset as downloaded from the Vuforia Developer Portal? Feel free to DM me if you're worried about sharing publicly.

Thanks,

Vuforia Engine Support

I'm unable to attach the .xml file here, so I've pasted the content below. Yes, we have copied a Vuforia Development license key into our project.

Hello,

Which file did you modify? Can you attach it here? I'd like to better understand what you modified to make it work.

Been hearing various reports about device databases failing to load because a license key has not been entered into the ARCamera configuration. Have you copied a Vuforia Development license key into your project?

Thanks,

Vuforia Engine Support
