Unity: UWP Video background freeze on tracking.

Vuforia SDK Version: 6.2.6 -

Description with steps to reproduce: I'm building an app in Unity for Windows 10 Universal Windows Platform.
Target device is a Windows Surface Pro 4

I'm using the sample project "ImageTargets-6-2-6"
I've managed to build for UWP and get a Visual Studio project.
I open it in Visual Studio 2015, set the build to Master x86
I build and the app starts. Everything seems good!
Video background is updating from camera.
I point it to a tracking image. 3D model appears. Video background freezes.
3D model is still being tracked and moves around on top of the frozen background image.
I point the camera away so the app loses tracking. Video background resume playback.

This setup has no issues when I press the play button inside unity. Video background doesn't freeze on tracking

I don't know Visual Studio. I normally build for OSX or Android, so I don't know how to debug this.
Really hope someone can help me

Do the Vuforia Sample Applications show the same behavior?: Yes!
