UWP not support Video camera

Vuforia SDK Version: 6.0 - Description with steps to reproduce: hello! I want to export an application with UWP,but it can not reconize my camera after export with UWP platform.However It can recognize my camera when I run it in unity editor.Everything is normal in unity editor ,but it can't run after export with UWP platform.The log show the error is vuforia init failed. I have change my video camera to webcamera ,it can work after export.I want to ask if vuforia do not support video Camera. Vuforia only supports embedded cameras on Surface Tablets running UWP, and HoloLens: https://www.vuforia.com/Devices

USB cameras are supported for the Unity Editor's PlayMode feature, but not when exporting the application binary.

I have download the sample ,but  there is only some file .I can not find any package or scene to run.Maybe I have download the wrong file.But that is the only same I can find.
