UWP Platform Exception

Vuforia SDK Version: 6.2 - Description with steps to reproduce: Hi, I'm trying to run the sample application UWP ImageTargets and I get a platform exception. I have add the caps and everything but it still crashes. - Development OS (Mac OS X, Windows, Linux): Windows - Mobile OS and Version: 10 - Mobile Device Manufacturer and Model name: PC - Do the Vuforia Sample Applications show the same behavior?: Yes, it shows the same behaviour
