Vuforia SDK Version: 8.0.10 -
Description with steps to reproduce: I am creating a mobile application in unity using the User Defined Target feature of Vuforia. The issue I am having only occurs while on a mobile phone and not in the unity editor. When I launch the AR scene, about 50% of the time the Vuforia Camera lags immensely down to about 2fps. Other times it is completely fine at 30fps. Once the camera starts at 2fps it stays like that until i restart the scene. I really need help to solve this issue but i dont know why its happening. -
Development OS (Mac OS X, Windows, Linux): Windows 10 -
Mobile OS and Version: Oxygen OS Latest -
Mobile Device Manufacturer and Model name: Oneplus 7 -
Do the Vuforia Sample Applications show the same behavior?: Yes I have tested this out with the official sample applications and it does also occur with them.
