Vuforia cloud always showing 422 response status code

I did a project in Vuforia cloud database and it worked well before. But today I got into an issue that whatever image I upload (even tried previously worked images), I am getting 422 response status code from the database and the image is not uploading. Can anyone help me??. thanks in advance.
