Vuforia cloud not loading

I've been using the cloud recognition lately, but I've come across a problem that doesn't have anything to with the software. I just can't load into my cloud database, as it just keeps on loading forever, like this: http://imgur.com/a/d4AWq Can someone help explain what might the problem be? -
