As of today, I can no longer run Vuforia projects on my Ipad running IOS 10.2.1(14D27), although strangely they still run properly on my Iphone running 10.2 (14C92). In XCode I get the following output in the DeBugger:

...on the IPAD screen all I get is a black display. Please help me fix this, I have a deadline tomorrow to show this app to a client!
-note: I'm getting the same result when I go back to older projects and try to run them on our iPad, even ones that worked properly a few weeks ago

the problem was solved by turning off "restrictions" in "Settings" on the Ipad in question. Now everything works properly.
