Vuforia Web Service Upload, return TargetID Null

Vuforia SDK Version: NIl - Description with steps to reproduce: 1. Download VWS files for php 2. Post New target with your own server keys 3. Have you confirmed that the creation was successful? Did you receive a HTTP response code of 201 for Target created? You can also check the cloud database on the portal and you should see the target listed there if it was successfully uploaded.
