Website locked my account

I had to create a sceond account to login because the site will not reset my password on my original account.  I have sent several emails regarding this issue including a screenshot of the bug.  How do I create a helpdesk ticket or have someone address this issue? Best regareds

Hi StephanT, I will take care of it; could you just share the email address registered with your account (the account for which you want to reset the password)?
