white screen in app Android

Vuforia SDK Version: 4.2.3 - Description with steps to reproduce:

Hello,

I'm having trouble when I point the phone to dial, the camera is normally enabled, but is designed a white screen instead of the 3D object. Does anyone know what can it be? Webcam works normally.

This issue sounds similar to one already reported in this Forum, which affects Vuforia apps when using Unity 5.0.1 or 5.0.2 or 5.1.0.
