Vuforia SDK Version: 3 -
Description with steps to reproduce:

I created a device database and submitted some image targets with very good quailty,  but their augmentable attributes got zero star. Later I submitted the exactly same images, and all got more than one star.  This bug only happened twice recently.

I managed to reproduce the issue you reported, and I've notified our team; they confirmed to me that the issue is already fixed in the next release / update of the Target Manager.

In the meantime, you should avoid the renaming of the targets (i.e. by uploading targets already with their final name).

Ok, let me try this with the steps you've just described.

I will get back to you shortly.

It is fine in the first time.  You could reproduce this bug, just try to rename a target, you will find the rating become zero. I already tested it in a different computer with a defferent account, this rename bug appears every time.

What if you use the Database "as it is" the first time ? (i.e. when the rating shown is still not zero) ? Do you see different tracking results ?

The rating is correct (non zero)  when I created the Target for the First time. It is not a UI bug, because if I use this device database, the target can not be recognized.

So, when you create (upload) the Target for the First time, the rating is correct (non zero) ?

Then, I think it's just a little UI glitch in the Online Target Manager UI (i.e. the value displayed on the Web interface is wrong); but the "actual" star rating should be the one you got the first time.

you can verify this by creating a new target with the same image; the target rating when you upload the target for the first time should be consitent (and non zero).

If I change the target name, the augmentable attribute will get zero star. Please see attached screenshoots.

Hi,

could you post at least one of the images that have been "affected" by the star rating issue ?

Thanks,
