Hi, I have an issue with an application that was previously submitted using a classic license.
It has just been brought to my attention that fresh installs of the mobile application have the error "vuforia failed to initialise". This issue was not there before this. No changes have been made to the app since early 2018. Only now that new installs of the app have issue. previous installs (early 2019) has had no issues.
Looking forward to hear some feedback from the vuforia team on what could cause this issue. Need it to be rectified ASAP.

Thanks for the log. My guess is that it is related to the permissions in the Manifest file. At minimum, Vuforia Engine needs access to the camera (obvious).
I was able to run our Core Samples without any issue with the license key you provided. Recommendation is to comparing the manifest file generated by our Core Samples to yours. I'm not aware of any explicit permission changes that are now required, but that's a pretty old version of Unity.
