I am trying to know the procedure to buy a educational license to publish my application. I've filled out so many forms but there was no reply. Can someone help me with the procedure please?

I have a similar issues here.

I am trying to know the price of the pro license.

And I have filled out the form multiple time but get no reply for a week.
