Cannot Create Licence for Vuforia 4.0 Beta

February 6, 2015 - 1:49pm #1

Hello,

I've been developing an Augmented Reality application in Unity, using Vuforia 3. I just upgraded to Vuforia 4 Beta and I am unable to create a license in the Licence Manager. I go through all the steps and when I accept the "Vuforia Beta Service Agreement" and press contine, a pop-up appears proclaiming "License Error: Unable to create application license, please try later." I have tried this a couple times with no success and a few other people have tried as well, but to no avail. Please let me know if I am missing anything, or if there is an issue with the License Manager.

Thank you

Collin

Trying this now, it works here, so I would exclude a general issue;  it sounds like it might possibly be something related to your specific account.

A few things to check:

- you may want to try logging in with a different Web Browser (for example, I've tried with Chrome and Safari and in both cases it did work correctly)

- make sure your Application Name does not include special characters (try with letters and numbers, for example "MyApp001" should work)

If the issue persists, since it sounds like it may be account specific, you can contact:
