Cannot reach sales to ask about Vuforia Innovator's Program

As stated in the title, I have difficulty in reaching the sales team to ask about Vuforia Innovators Program. I have filled the application form twice (9/7/2019 and 25/7/2019) that supposedly lets the sales team to have my details to contact me. However, the two times I've filled in only gives me an email thanking me for my inquiry and stating they will contact me in 72 hours. Yet I have received no further email contact from them ever since. How should I ever reach this sales team since it has been almost one solid month of no contact...
