Can't reach Sales to buy Pro license

Hi, 

we bought Classic license but because of lack of front camera support we need to use external camera api but not noticed it's not included in classic license. So we need to upgrade to Pro lincese. I'm trying to reach Vuforia team for about a month. Filled already several forms. I always get automatic answer, that Vuforia team will contact me in the next 72 hours. Never happend!

What's wrong with you guys? I want to pay for your product!
