Classic License purchased by predecessor

Hi All, I've been trying to contact Vuforia for several weeks now with no luck :(

The predecessor to my current position purchased a Classic license to use for our app back in late 2018 which has been in development since early 2017. Unfortunately he quit in early 2019 leaving no info or handover notes so while I have an email stating he was going to purchase the license, I don't know the actual account that the license is attached to. I've tried the few email address's that I think it could be with no luck so far. This is something I need to resolve ASAP but i'm not getting any response from Vuforia.

At this point i'm thinking of simply contacting sales and seeing if I can re-purchase another license on our account to save the wasted time/hassle waiting for Vuforia. I have a few hundred dollars leftover from the budget and I just need to get the issue resolved ASAP, however it seems the classic license option isn't available any more :O

Has anyone had any luck purchasing a Classic license after these pricing changes? Our app has been in development over several years and is for the community (no ads & not for profit) so the monthly costs of the new pricing structure isn't possible. We have no ongoing budget for a costly ongoing subscription model as it was never a consideration/requirement in our original business plan.

Essentially without being able to find the associated account our original license was purchased with ASAP, or being able to purchase a Classic/perpetual license for a reasonable cost our app which has been several years in development will now be dead in the water or require us to switch to a completely different AR platform causing further delays and requiring us to seek more funding for extra development work.

How long does it usually take to receive a response from Vuforia?

Hi SkareM,

I apologies for the created inconvenience, unfortunately sometimes things need improvement.

Purchasing a Basic or Cloud+Basic subscription can be done without sales. We have a self-service system in place for them.

I am advising not to publish with a development license as it is against our Developer Agreement.

I've asked you in a separate thread about the e-mail address used to contact sales, could you please confirm it?

Hi Mcotora,

I've now put in two seperae enquiries, one to track down the license and another directly to sales about purchasing a Pro or older stnadard license and not heard back about wither one.

Unless someone is able to get back to me within 72 hours (by Monday) we have no choice but to launch/publish our app to the app stores using the developer license. For both enquiries I've not been given a case number and been told I would recieve replies/contact within 72hrs and still nothing after about 1 month of enquiring.

What is the worst that can happen if we go live with a Developer license in the meantime until Vuforia actually contacts us?
