1. Is one license required for one app I pulished or I can publish serval app with one license?
2. If I sign up Bronze - which have Monthly Reco Usage 5,000, by Reco it mean recognize any target or only cloud recognition?
If I use predefine local target, dose those recognize count?
3. How long my old target(Legacy Database) going to be keeped if I don't add a license to them.
4. How long can I still use my old target(Legacy Database) with 3.0 SDK if I do not have plan to update to 4.0 SDK.

reco == cloud recognition only ?

reco == cloud + device-database recognition?

In general, in 4.0 'recos' can be "Cloud DB recos" as well as "Device DB recos";
however, there may be different limitations for Device DB vs. Cloud DBs, as explained here:
