It is not easy for a new individual developer to afford a license

Hello team,

I'm an new individual and independent developer who wants to be able to publish a little AR app to make progress in the AR app business.

In my circunstances it is not easy to afford a paid license.   Also, we are in a country with a very devaluated currency and economic crisis and paying a licence in usd is not an option.

For example, a little local craft beer company is interested in use an little AR app to give a extra push to their product publicity. Just showing a short video when the beer label is detected.   But they cannot pay for a licence (also with so simple application).

Can we have any other option?    Also, we are not thinking in comercialice the app.  It's going to be free of charge.  But we need to publish it in google play.

Can you please give us any option/help?
