Hi,

I've been trying to contact customer support for weeks now, delaying the product day after day. I have sent multiple requests with questions:

If monthly payment is possible? If not, isn't the pricing very misleading?
Is it possible to receive a bill and pay it through the bank? Our number is simply not going through, even if it is verified by the bank.

I hope to hear from someone soon, thanks!!

Hi,

As far as I am aware you are not able to pay on a monthly basis. The pricing is $42/mo* (with the * sign at the end) and below it is mentioned *Billed annually at $504. I am no aware on the payment possibilities  that we offer, looking in the system I see you raised a case with our Billing department.
