License Canceled

Hi,

My License Key has been cancelled because a payment due with the bank. I already change the method of payment but the License Key manager wont let me do anything even if I want to buy a nre License It will just refresh the page. I already contacted the PTC but they just dont answer at all.

Is it possible to reenable the License Canceled or do I need to buy. new one and redeploy my app again wich will be a hole process and will require an update of version on my app in app store and google play store.
