My license has expired on Jun 27, 2020. I contacted the customer service to pay to renew my application a week ago and no response so far. The PTC support Team send me an email that my case number is #15488649: "Renew a licence" has been created but no response at all for more than 10 days.
I need to renew my the license to change the status of my application to Active as soon as possible so I can reuse the application.
PC: I paid the amount of the license last years on Jun 27, 2019, 12:43
Also the support Center isn't responding
