Our client has tried to contact billing with several tickets without any reply from
https://developer.vuforia.com/support/contact/billing (Case C15575931)
We have some questions regarding billing and how it is calculated for Cloud Recognition.
We find we are hitting 80% very early although we have an API that also is keeping track of cloud object being recognized. i.e. we are incrementing our views per tracker on any cloud identification (even if cached). but we are finding that Vuforia's numbers on the dashboard are x10 of our internal API In addition to that, we would like some information regarding licensing unlimited reco objects and cost. Please advise.
