License Key has been changed

Hello,

I have a key that is in use since Qualcomm had provided. The license had been suspended around 3 weeks ago and restored now. However, after the restoration, there is an issue in some devices that the license key has been cancelled.

So I have checked the developer portal and found out that the key I am using is different from one in the developer portal. You may think the key is changed after the restoration, but the key in the portal is not changed, it was different even before the suspension.

I am wondering when the key has been changed, and how it works even after the key changed. Also, I like you to check that it is safe to switch the key from the previous to the new one.

Hi,

Maybe the key provided initialy was not associated with your account  and this is why you have 2 keys? Its hard to tell as PTC aquired Vuforia from Qualcomm over 7 years ago.

Nevertheless the new key should be under a license name. If the license has the status active. It's safe to use it.
