License payment

Hello, I ordered a classic license key about a month ago. A request for payment on a bank card from Vuforia came two days ago, but there was no $ 499 for payment on the card. Now I put the money on the card for payment. Tell me, please, when the next request for payment takes place, how can I request it again? I really would not want to have problems with the license. Help me please.
