Hi, I have searched the forums and found some answers but they are all very old and I'm unsure if they are still relevant.
Basically I am creating an AR app for a gallery.
I am estimating it will have less than 1000 installs.
There will be 40 image targets and no object targets.
I was thinking I need to purchase a "classic" license but read a thread that made me think I could use the free version.
An app that is only for consumer use and has less than 1,000 app installs can be distributed in app stores with a Development license. A paid license is required for a Consumer app with more than 1,000 installs. This is the total number of app installs across any/all platforms supported by Vuforia 6. An enterprise or toys/product app cannot be distributed with a Development license.
For more information, please review our developer agreement: https://developer.vuforia.com/legal/vuforia-developer-agreement
Thanks,
-Vuforia Support
Can you verify that the free license would be ok for me to use or do I need classic?
Also, if I use the free version, can I update it to Classic and keep my existing database?
I emailed this question to the licensing team a while ago but didn't hear back.
Thanks
Phil

Hi,
Hi,
It seems that Vuforia Developer Agreement is updated at June, 5 2019,
I'm wondering if it's still OK to use a developer license for that circumstances described?
