its the third time I am contacting vuforia and nobody answered yet. Since the 18th of December I contacted vuforia to activate my classic license, and till now without any success. This is a very poor service quality I ever experienced.
Even though, I contacted vuforia a second time again and till now no reply. There is no phone number to call or anything else, sorry to tell you this but this is very unprofessional.
When I am trying now to contact vuforia, from the billing under support center, it asks me about a username and password (I dont even know what this is about, tried my vuforia account info, but with no success)
How should I solve my issue now?
How much time should I wait?
How can I contact vuforia, except now from the forum?
