I'm following the guide at https://developer.vuforia.com/library/articles/Solution/How-To-Upgrade-a-Cloud-Database, to upgrade a legacy db. But when I click on "Add Cloud License Key", no keys are available (see attachment). I've created the new License for Mobile called "Magoo_PROD", but even after creating the new License it does not appear on the dropdown for selection.
