hi, I currently subscribe to Vuforia Cloud Services for several months. But why for this month (October 2021), I get a double bill. First, October 15 has made the payment and confirmed success. But in the same month (October 2021) another bill occurred on October 18, and fortunately the status failed because my cc limit was not sufficient. of course if the double payout was successful it would be a loss for me.

And every proof of payment is successful I always get info like this.

"Thank you for the Mandiri Credit Card transaction with the final number XXXX8252 on 15-10-2021 17:09:21 at VUFORIA SERVICES BOS in the amount of USD198.00.

If you don't make a transaction, please call Mandiri call 14000".

and I got this on October 15, 2021

So please help, why do I have to pay the bill in double, please reply.

I have sent a complaint form regarding this problem, I have 2 tickets but so far there has been no further response.

Hey there,

 

I've also reached out personally via email to you just now. Anyone affected, including you, will receive a refund. Our billing team notified me that there was an error with the system but has been fixed.

Anyone who hasn't received a refund in the next 7-10 business days can reach out via the forums to me privately.
