I have been trying to get this issue resolved for the past 3 weeks. I have contacted you guys several times through the billing contact page stating the issue, got an email response back, and every time I try to reply through email it bounces back. I have selected reply and reply all to respond and I still get the same result the email bounces back.
The issue is that my license is suspended, there was a misunderstanding about paperwork, which is now cleared up, I just need to send over the necessary document to reinstate my license. Is there a person I can get in contact with directly to resolve this matter quickly.
My app is live on the market in both the App store and Google Play. I really need this resolved quickly.

I see that you have logged a new case with the Billing team. Unfortunately the past couple of weeks we had some intermitant issues with our ticketing systems hence I believe the bounce back.
I've asked our Billing department to come back to you asap.
