Purchase of Classic License with VIP subscription account

Hello,

We are about to release a Marketing app on the App Store and we need to purchase a Classic - $499 one-time per app License Key. However we subscribed the VIP program and when we try to purchase a Classic License we don’t need to insert our credit card details, we get the license key right away.

Did anybody here faced this situation before? A few things aren't so clear:

- How do we know this license key is the right kind (not CAD target)? - How come we didn’t have to pay 499USD? Will we be charged later? - Should we keep the account with the VIP Subscription only for CAD target related project or can we also buy Classic license with it when needed?
