Hello On March 12, 2021, I sent the form to Vuforia Billing Support for the renewal of the Basic License that expired on December 4, 2020. My case # 15793120 I still have not received a response. Please, I need to renew the license because I have an application that does not support new users due to the expiration of the Vuforia license.

They confirmed that an expired license cannot be reactivated and you should purchase a new license.
